Domestic gate repair and servicing. Experienced, safety aware, insured engineers based in Horsham, covering Sussex, Surrey, Kent and South London.
After gathering years of experience in electric gate designing, installations, repairs and maintenance we recognised a niche in the electric gate repair and servicing market for domestic clients. With most gate companies focusing on new installations or maintenance contracts intended for commercial gates or residential estates, we aim to bring convenience, quick response, quality service, and easy online booking for repairs and servicing to our domestic clients — along with relevant paperwork for safety and compliance.
Experienced Engineers, Every Visit
When you book with us, you get a dedicated, experienced engineer. Our engineers carry out every inspection, every repair, and every service visit personally.
That means we get to know your gate. We know the motor, the wiring, the quirks. When we come back for the annual service, we already know what to look for because we were there last time.
Our Engineers
All our engineers are safety trained, carry public liability insurance, and have extensive hands-on experience with CAME, BFT, Nice, FAAC, DEA, and Beninca systems.

Where We Work
We're based in Horsham, West Sussex and cover Sussex, Surrey, Kent, and parts of South London.
We organise our schedule by area so you get a faster visit. When you book online, the system shows you the days we're already near you — pick one of those and you'll typically hear from us within a day or two.
The No-Contract Approach
We don't do maintenance contracts. No annual fees, no monthly direct debits, no lock-in. We'll send you a reminder when your gate service is due — typically at 11 months — and you book when it suits you.
If you don't want to service your gate this year, that's your call. We won't chase you. But if the motor burns out because it wasn't serviced, we'll be there to fix it — and we won't say we told you so.
